when to travel to Koh Samui
Koh Samui is a tropical island and so there are usually small tropical rain storms at most times of year. The hottest time with less rain is typically Mid January until mid May. May, June, July, August & September can see some more tropical rain but the days are hot, sunny bright with a lovely island breeze. Monsoon is typically end of October through to mid December but often there are lots of sunny days and we have many guests wishing to travel at this time too. Baan Jasmine welcomes guests from all over the world so we never seem to have a quiet season. The villa receives bookings over a year in advance of arrival dates. We can use Google Translate if we don’t speak your country’s language.
when can i check in and out
We love to be flexible regarding arrival and departure days depending on availability. There is no fixed arrival or departure day. Simply email us to ask about availability.
Check in is available from 14:00HRS up to 20:00HRS
Check out is by 11:00HRS on day of departure. Check outs prior to 07:00HRS will incur a charge.
We understand that international flights can vary. Unlike hotels you can check into Baan Jasmine on arrival anytime from 14:00HRS. The villa will be waiting for you! If you know your flight details when you book please let us know.
How to book
Simply complete the form on our contact page, click SUBMIT and we will contact you with further details. If you prefer to book with online rental platforms (rates will be higher to accommodate the fee they charge) please visit their websites. The reservations are then sent to us to approve. The villa receives bookings over a year in advance of arrival dates. We can use Google Translate if we don’t speak your country’s language.
Payment options
We accept online Bank Transfer or credit card payments from all UK and International Banks. Transfer charges may apply for STRIPE credit card payments. We do not use PAYPAL.

Villa Manager (English speaking) to welcome you to Baan Jasmine, provide concierge during your stay and introduce you to the villa on arrival.
We welcome all international guests.
Change of luxury white bed linen, white bath towels, aquamarine pool & beach towels weekly. White waffle dressing gowns and slippers provided. Beach towels available for four guests.
Pool maintenance & gardening weekly. The villa has eco friendly bi-monthly mosquito & pest control treatment. The swimming pool uses a pH salt-chlorination system.
Complimentary High Speed Cable Wi-Fi, TrueVision cable TV package, Netflix susbcription, DVD & DVD’s.
Use of villa mobile with Thai sim card.
Utility bills excluded for long stays.
Please note transfers from Nathon Pier are not included but we ask guests to use our Thai lady driver because she speaks english, can navigate the ferry terminal and knows the location of the villa. Rates are fare & advised on booking.

Booking conditions
All guests are sent a copy of Baan Jasmine Booking Conditions which we advise guests read before booking. All guests agree to the terms and conditions by reading them.
All bookings are confirmed by email on completion of booking forms and payment of a non refundable 30% deposit. Once the deposit has been paid the booking dates will be secured on our availability calendars.
The final balance payment will be requested 12 weeks prior to guests arrival. If this payment is not received within 7 working days the booking will be cancelled and the 30% deposit will be non refundable.
Please ensure you have full reputable comprehensive travel insurance to cover costs in the unfortunate event of needing to cancel.
We request guest names, ages of children, home addresses, mobile number and whether you are celebrating a special occasion! We love to make our guests stay memorable!
Baan Jasmine Policies
Baan Jasmine is a completely non smoking/vaping villa and we do not allow any pets or visiting pets.
No private parties are to be held in the villa unless you have prior consent of the villa owner. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area.
Only Passports provided for guests will be able to stay in the villa, this complies with Thai TM30 law.
No other guests are permitted to be invited to the villa.
Gardeners, pool staff & maintenance must be permitted during guests stay.
All confirmed guests are requested to provide passport photo ID for verification of their ID.
Thailand Police do not tolerate drug use or harbouring of drugs. Such items are NOT permitted to be used in Baan Jasmine.
Immediate notice to leave will be issued if any of such events should occur.
